Requires

Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam must be on the battlefield. Timestream Navigator must be in hand. Encroaching Mycosynth must be on the battlefield. Swiftfoot Boots must be on the battlefield. You control at least eight permanents and/or have the city's blessing. Mana needed: each turn, plus an additional the first turn if Drafna has summoning sickness

Steps

1. If Drafna has summoning sickness, activate Swiftfoot Boots' equip ability by paying , attaching it to Drafna.
2. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying .
3. Holding priority, activate Drafna's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Timestream Navigator.
4. When the Timestream Navigators enter the battlefield, if you do not have the city's blessing, they trigger, giving you the city's blessing.
5. Activate Drafna's first ability by paying , returning the nontoken Timestream Navigator from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Activate Swiftfoot Boots' equip ability by paying , attaching it to the Timestream Navigator token.
7. Activate the Timestream Navigator token by paying , tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
8. Repeat from step 2 each turn.
