Jalira, Master Polymorphist must be on the battlefield. Nadir Kraken must be on the battlefield. Timestream Navigator must be on the battlefield. You have the city's blessing. Steps

1. During your draw step, Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on it and creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
2. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Activate Jalira by paying , tapping it and sacrificing the Tentacle, causing you to reveal Timestream Navigator and put it onto the battlefield.
4. Repeat each turn.
