4 | Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Narset's Reversal targeting the original Narset's Reversal. |
5 | Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal, copying the original Narset's Reversal targeting Turnabout, and returning the original Narset's Reversal to your hand. |
