Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying  , targeting Gonti's Aether Heart. |
2 | Vesuvan Duplimancy triggers, creating a token copy of Gonti's Aether Heart that isn't legendary. |
3 | When the token Gonti's Aether Heart enters the battlefield, each Gonti's Aether Heart you control triggers, causing you to get  for each Gonti's Aether Heart you control. |
4 | Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand. |
5 | If you have less than eight , repeat from step 1 one additional time. |
6 | Activate a Gonti's Aether Heart token by paying eight and exiling it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
7 | Repeat each turn. |
