Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Mind's Desire for . |
2 | Eye of the Storm and Mind's Desire each trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Mind's Desire trigger, copying it zero times. |
4 | Resolve the Eye of the Storm trigger, exiling Mind's Desire, copying Mind's Desire and Echo Storm, and casting the Echo Storm copy, targeting any artifact, and then the Mind's Desire copy without paying their mana costs. |
5 | The Echo Storm copy and the Mind's Desire copy each trigger. |
6 | Resolve the Echo Storm copy's trigger, creating an additional Echo Storm copy for each time you have cast your commander from the command zone. |
7 | Resolve these additional copies, creating at least one token copy of Mirror of Fate. |
8 | Activate any Mirror of Fate by tapping and sacrificing it, exiling all cards from your library and putting Echo Storm and any additional card from exile on top of your library. |
9 | Resolve the Mind's Desire copy's trigger from step 5, creating at least one additional copy of Mind's Desire. |
10 | Resolve all copies of Mind's Desire, exiling Echo Storm and the additional card from your library and allowing you to cast them this turn. |
11 | Resolve the last Echo Storm copy, creating a copy of its target. |
12 | Cast Echo Storm from exile without paying its mana cost. |
13 | Eye of the Storm and Echo Storm each trigger. |
14 | Resolve the Echo Storm trigger, creating an additional Echo Storm copy for each time you have cast your commander from the command zone. |
15 | Resolve these additional copies, creating at least one token copy of Mirror of Fate. |
16 | Resolve the Eye of the Storm trigger, exiling Echo Storm, copying Mind's Desire and Echo Storm, and casting the Echo Storm copy, targeting any artifact, and then the Mind's Desire copy without paying their mana costs. |
17 | Repeat from step 5. |
