Requires

Wormfang Manta must be on the battlefield. Scroll of Fate must be on the battlefield. Umbilicus must be on the battlefield. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Umbilicus triggers, allowing you to return Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand.
2. Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one.
3. Activate Scroll of Fate by tapping it, manifesting Wormfang Manta from your hand.
4. Pay to turn Wormfang Manta face up.
5. Repeat each turn.
