How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Whirlwind Technique by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s). |
2 | Holding priority, cast Naru Meha either from your hand or command zone by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable, reduced by Semblance Anvil. |
3 | When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Naru Meha. |
4 | Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Naru Meha. |
5 | Holding priority, cast Naru Meha from exile by paying  due to Semblance Anvil. |
6 | Repeat from step 3. |
