Soulless Jailer
Eye of the Storm
Prerequisites
What do I need to start this combo?
| Soulless Jailer and Eye of the Storm on the battlefield. |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling the spell and allowing them to cast a copy of each instant and sorcery card exiled by Eye of the Storm without paying its mana cost. |
2 | Because Soulless Jailer prevents noncreature spells from being cast from exile, no player may cast spells as permitted by Eye of the Storm. |
Results

| Exile all instants and sorceries players cast from their hand | |
| Players can't cast spells exiled by Eye of the Storm | |
