How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Will Kenrith's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to draw two cards and causing instant, sorcery and planeswalker spells you cast to cost  less to cast until your next turn. |
2 | Cast Mystic Speculation by paying due to Will Kenrith. |
3 | Namor triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token. |
4 | Resolve Mystic Speculation. |
5 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Merfolk, adding . |
6 | Repeat from step 2. |
