Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting White Lotus Tile and The Peregrine Dynamo. |
2 | Holding priority, activate White Lotus Tile by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color. |
3 | Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying  and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting White Lotus Tile and The Peregrine Dynamo. |
4 | Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping White Lotus Tile and The Peregrine Dynamo. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
