Steps
  1. Activate Coveted Jewel by tapping it, adding .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Coveted Jewel and Shipwreck Dowser, blinking them.
  3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
  4. When Coveted Jewel enters the battlefield, draw three cards.
  5. Repeat.
