How does this combo work?

2 | When Slipstream Serpent's controller controls no Islands, Slipstream Serpent triggers, causing them to sacrifice it. |
3 | However, Slipstream Serpent cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit. |
4 | Slipstream Serpent triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw. |
