Steps

1. Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying .
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi.
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand.
5. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping up to four permanents.
6. Repeat.
7. If the four permanents can tap to produce at least , you may get infinite mana, and then use Teferi's first loyalty ability instead.
