| Escape Protocol and Scholar of the Ages on the battlefield. | |
You have an instant and/or sorcery card in hand with cycling.
Nonland permanents you control can tap to produce  plus enough additional mana to cycle the instant/sorcery card in hand. |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate all nonland mana-producing permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least plus enough mana to pay for the cycling cost of an instant/sorcery card in your hand. |
2 | Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying  , untapping all nonland permanents you control. |
3 | Activate any instant/sorcery card in your hand's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it. |
4 | Escape Protocol triggers, causing you to pay to blink Scholar of the Ages. |
5 | Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, returning Dramatic Reversal and the card with cycling from your graveyard to your hand. |
6 | Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card. |
7 | Repeat. |
