How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Avenger of Zendikar, adding . |
2 | When Avenger of Zendikar dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay  to return Avenger of Zendikar from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it. |
