Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Alena by tapping it, adding at least . |
2 | Activate Pentavus' first ability by paying  and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite creature token. |
3 | Activate Pentavus' second ability by paying and sacrificing the Pentavite. |
4 | Alena triggers, untapping itself. |
5 | Resolve the Pentavus ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
6 | Repeat. |
