Steps
How does this combo work?

2 | When the Patron of the Arts tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating five Treasure artifact tokens. |
3 | Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing the Patron of the Arts tokens, adding  . |
4 | When the Patron of the Arts tokens die, they trigger, creating five Treasure artifact tokens. |
5 | Activate seven Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding  . |
6 | Activate Orthion by paying  and untapping it, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn. |
