Cloudstone Curio must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Chancellor of the Forge must be in hand. Your control at least six creatures. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Chancellor of the Forge by paying .
2. When Chancellor of the Forge enters the battlefield, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Chancellor of the Forge trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens with haste equal to the number of creatures you control.
5. When the Phyrexian Goblins enter the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers that many times.
6. Resolve the first Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Chancellor of the Forge to your hand from the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Cloudstone Curio triggers, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
8. Activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven Phyrexian Goblins, adding .
9. Repeat.
10. If you control at least seven creatures when Chancellor of the Forge enters the battlefield, this combo will net infinite colored mana.
