How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Coretapper's second ability by sacrificing it, putting two charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter. |
3 | Activate Magistrate's Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
4 | Move to your combat phase. |
5 | Declare any Warrior or Samurai you control as an attacker with no other attackers. |
6 | Heiko triggers, allowing you to cast Coretapper from your graveyard this turn. |
