How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Harnfel by discarding a card, exiling the top two cards of your library and allowing you to cast them this turn. |
3 | Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying . |
4 | The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
5 | Repeat. |
