Steps
- Activate Feldon, putting two abilities on the stack with Illusionist's Bracers, both abilities targeting Worldgorger Dragon.
- First ability resolves, putting a token Worldgorger Dragon on the battlefield and exiling all of your other permanents.
- The second copy of the ability resolves, putting another token Wordgorger Dragon on the battlefield and exiling the other token Worldgorger Dragon.
- When that token is exiled, all permanents return to the battlefield untapped.
- Tap all of your lands for mana, floating it.
- Equip Bracers.
- Repeat.
