Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  plus commnander tax, if applicable. |
2 | When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Lathliss and Cloudstone Curio triggers. |
3 | Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the Lathliss trigger, creating a 5/5 Dragon creature token. |
5 | When the Dragon enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Rograkh from the battlefield to your hand. |
6 | Repeat. |
