Steps
  1. Activate Godsire by tapping it, creating an 8/8 Beast creature token.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Beast token.
  3. The Beast dies, triggering Godsire, untapping Godsire.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Beast's power.
  5. Repeat.
