Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Samwise Gamgee's first ability and Cloudstone Curio trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the Samwise Gamgee trigger, creating a 2/2 Cat creature token with haste due to Jinnie Fay. |
5 | When the Cat enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Rograkh from the battlefield to your hand. |
6 | Repeat. |
