Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding .
- Choose to return Elenda to the command zone from your graveyard.
- When Elenda dies, its second ability triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to three times Elenda's power.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Vampire, adding .
- Repeat step 4 until you have enough mana to cast Elenda.
- Cast Elenda from the command zone by paying
plus commander tax, if applicable. - Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Vampire token, adding .
- When the Vampire dies, Elenda's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Repeat from step 7 for each remaining Vampire token.
