Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Slobad by tapping it and sacrificing Spine of Ish Sah, adding  that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or to activate abilities of artifacts. |
2 | Spine of Ish Sah leaves the battlefield, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand. |
3 | Cast Spine of Ish Sah by paying . |
4 | Spine of Ish Sah enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Grinding Station. |
5 | Resolve the Spine of Ish Sah trigger, destroying target permanent. |
6 | Resolve the Grinding Station trigger, untapping it. |
7 | Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Grinding Station and Spine of Ish Sah, untapping Slobad. |
8 | Repeat. |
