How does this combo work?
1
Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Patron of the Arts with haste.
2
When the Patron of the Arts tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating five Treasure artifact tokens.
3
Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing three Patron of the Arts tokens, adding six .
4
When the Patron of the Arts tokens die, they trigger, creating three Treasure artifact tokens.

Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 3.
6
Activate Sword of the Paruns by paying 3, untapping Orthion.

Repeat.

Once you have infinite mana, you may instead target any other creature you control.
