How does this combo work?

2 | Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. |
3 | Skyfire Phoenix triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard. |
4 | When Skyfire Phoenix enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Krark to your hand from the battlefield. |
5 | When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield. |
6 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Skyfire Phoenix, adding  . |
