How does this combo work?

2 | When Flayer Husk enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 0/0 Phyrexian Germ creature token and attaching Flayer Husk to it. |
3 | Activate Megatog by sacrificing Flayer Husk. |
4 | The Phyrexian Germ dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Salvaging Station, untapping Salvaging Station. |
5 | Resolve the Megatog ability. |
6 | Repeat. |
