Steps

1. Declare Delina and Lightning Runner as attackers, triggering Delina twice and Lightning Runner once.
2. Resolve a Delina trigger, creating at least one token copy of Electrostatic Pummeler that enters the battlefield tapped and attacking.
3. When the Electrostatic Pummeler token(s) enter the battlefield, they trigger, causing you to get at least .
4. Repeat from step 2 for the remaining Delina trigger.
5. Resolve the Lightning Runner trigger, causing you to get and pay eight to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
6. At the end of your combat phase, each creature token created by Delina triggers, exiling themselves.
7. Repeat each combat phase.
8. Once you have infinite , you may target any other creature(s) you control.
