Steps

1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying .
2. Birgi, Manaform Hellkite and Haze of Rage's storm ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding .
4. Resolve the Manaform Hellkite trigger, creating a 5/5 Dragon Illusion creature token with haste.
5. The Dragon Illusion enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least .
6. Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, creating a copy of it for each spell cast before it this turn.
7. Resolve each copy of Haze of Rage, giving your creatures +1/+0 until end of turn for each copy.
8. Resolve the original Haze of Rage, giving your creatures +1/+0 until end of turn and returning Haze of Rage to your hand.
9. Repeat.
