Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding  . |
3 | When Rograkh dies, Decaying Soil triggers, causing you to pay to return Rograkh to your hand from your graveyard. |
4 | Repeat. |
