Steps

1. Cast Chatterstorm by paying .
2. Chatterstorm's storm ability triggers, creating a copy of Chatterstorm for each spell you've cast previously this turn.
3. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers for each Chatterstorm, creating that many Treasure tokens.
4. Resolve each Chatterstorm, creating that many 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
5. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
6. Cast Regrowth by paying and tapping two Squirrel tokens, targeting Chatterstorm.
7. Regrowth's conspire ability triggers, creating a copy of Regrowth targeting Bala Ged Recovery.
8. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
9. Resolve both Regrowths, returning Chatterstorm and Bala Ged Recovery from your graveyard to your hand.
10. Repeat steps 1-4 one time.
11. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrifcing them, adding .
12. Cast Bala Ged Recovery by paying and tapping two Squirrel tokens, targeting Chatterstorm.
13. Bala Ged Recovery's conspire ability triggers, creating a copy of Bala Ged Recovery targeting Regrowth.
14. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
15. Resolve both Bala Ged Recoveries, returning Chatterstorm and Regrowth from your graveyard to your hand.
16. Repeat.
17. Once you have infinite creature and Treasure tokens, you may substitute any other green instant and/or sorcery spells for Chatterstorm.
