How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Ruby either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  due to Bard Class plus commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | Activate Ruby by tapping it, adding . |
3 | Activate Kogla by paying , returning Ruby from the battlefield to your hand. |
4 | Repeat. |
