Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink must be on the battlefield. Epic Struggle must be on the battlefield. Deep Forest Hermit must be on the battlefield. Orthion does not have summoning sickness. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Orthion's second ability by paying and tapping it, creating five token copies of Deep Forest Hermit.
2. When the Deep Forest Hermit tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating twenty 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
3. At the beginning of your end step, Orthion triggers, causing you to sacrfiice the Deep Forest Hermit tokens.
4. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Epic Struggle triggers, causing you to win the game.
