How does this combo work?

2 | Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing The Jolly Balloon Man, adding one mana of any color. |
3 | Resolve the Jolly Balloon Man ability, creating a token copy of Havi that is a 1/1 Balloon. |
4 | Put the Havi token into your graveyard due to the legend rule. |
5 | When the Havi token dies, it triggers, returning The Jolly Balloon Man from your graveyard to the battlefield. |
6 | Repeat. |
