The Chain Veil must be on the battlefield. Xenagos, the Reveler must be on the battlefield. Teferi, Timebender must be on the battlefield. You control at least four creatures.
Steps
  1. Activate Xenagos' first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, adding or for each creature you control.
  2. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of each of your planeswalkers this turn.
  3. Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, untapping The Chain Veil.
  4. Repeat.
Results
Infinite ETB. Infinite red mana. Infinite creature tokens. Infinite green mana. Put all creature cards from your library onto the battlefield. Near-infinite landfall triggers. Exile your library. Infinite activations of loyalty abilities of all other Planeswalkers you control. Put all land cards from your library onto the battlefield.
