Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Xenagos' first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, adding or for each creature you control. |
2 | Activate The Chain Veil by paying  and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of each of your planeswalkers this turn. |
3 | Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, untapping The Chain Veil. |
4 | Repeat. |
