Helga, Skittish Seer must be on the battlefield. Chakram Retriever must be on the battlefield. Sparkcaster must be in hand. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Helga by tapping it, adding at least or that can only be spent to cast creature spell with mana value 4 or greater or with in their mana cost.
2. Cast Sparkcaster by paying its mana cost.
3. Helga and Chakram Retriever trigger.
4. Resolve the Helga trigger, causing you to draw a card, gain 1 life, and put a +1/+1 counter on Helga.
5. Resolve the Chakram Retriever trigger, causing you to untap Helga.
6. When Sparkcaster enters the battlefield, it triggers twice.
7. Resolve the first trigger, returning Sparkcaster from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Resolve the second trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
9. Repeat.
