Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Bonus Round by paying  , causing each player to copy each instant or sorcery spell they cast this turn. |
2 | Cast Flicker by paying , targeting Biblioplex Assistant. |
3 | Bonus Round triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand. |
4 | Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand. |
5 | Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Biblioplex Assistant. |
6 | When Biblioplex Assistant enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard. |
7 | Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Biblioplex Assistant. |
8 | Quintorius Kand and Bonus Round trigger. |
9 | Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life. |
