Steps
  1. Cast Ornithopter by paying 0.
  2. Ornithopter enters the battlefield, triggering Sai of the Shinobi, attaching Sai of the Shinobi to Ornithopter.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ornithopter, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Ornithopter dies, triggering Koll, returning Ornithopter from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
