Descent into Avernus must be on the battlefield. Clock of Omens must be on the battlefield. Strionic Resonator must be on the battlefield. Blessed Sanctuary must be on the battlefield. Descent into Avernus has at least two descent counters on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Descent into Avernus triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Strionic Resonator by paying and tapping it, copying Descent into Avernus' ability.
3. Resolve the copy of Descent into Avernus' ability, putting two descent counters on it, then causing each player to create a number of Treasure tokens equal to the number of descent counters on it, and then deal that much damage to each opponent.
4. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Treasures, untapping Strionic Resonator.
5. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
6. Repeat from step 2.
