Agatha's Soul Cauldron must be on the battlefield. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker must be in exile (exiled by Agatha's Soul Cauldron). Cathars' Crusade must be on the battlefield.
Steps
  1. Activate a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it using Kiki-Jiki's ability by tapping it, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary creature you control with haste.
  2. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Cathars' Crusade triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  3. Repeat.
Results
Infinite +1/+1 counters. Infinite creature tokens with haste. Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
