Tree of Perdition must be in the graveyard. Offspring's Revenge must be on the battlefield. Purphoros, God of the Forge must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Offspring's Revenge triggers, exiling Tree of Perdition from your graveyard and creating a 1/1 copy of it with haste.
2. When the Tree of Perdition token enters the battlefield, Purphoros triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate the Tree of Perdition token by tapping it, swapping an opponent's life total with Tree of Perdition's toughness.
4. Resolve the Purphoros trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent.
5. The opponent whose life total was swapped loses the game due to having zero or les life.
