How does this combo work?

2 | When Hornet Queen enters the battlefield, it triggers itself and Emiel the Blessed. |
3 | Resolve Emiel the Blessed's ability, choosing not to pay for it. |
4 | Resolve Hornet Queen's ability, creating four 1/1 Insect creature tokens with deathtouch. |
5 | When the Insects enter the battlefield, Emiel the Blessed triggers four times; choose not to pay for its ability. |
