How does this combo work?

  Activate a permanent you control by tapping it, adding at least .

  Activate Rimefeather Owl by paying , putting a snow counter on the mana producing permanent, causing the permanent to become a snow permanent.

  Activate Rime Tender by tapping it, untapping the mana producing permanent.

  Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Rime Tender.
