Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least  . |
2 | Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands' cycling ability by paying  and discarding it due to New Perspectives. |
3 | Escape Protocol and Vizier of Tumbling Sands trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Vizier of Tumbing Sands trigger, untapping a mana-producing permanent. |
5 | Reoslve the Escape Protocol trigger, blinking Timeless Witness. |
6 | When Timeless Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Vizier of Tumbing Sands from your graveyard to your hand. |
7 | Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card. |
8 | Repeat. |
