How does this combo work?

2 | When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers. |
3 | In response, activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding . |
4 | Activate Oboro's last ability by paying  , returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
5 | Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it. |
6 | Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Llanowar Scout as it is a land due to Ashaya. |
