Clement, the Worrywort must be on the battlefield. Shrieking Drake must be on the battlefield. Cloud of Faeries must be in hand. Lotus Field must be on the battlefield. You control an additional land that can tap to produce
Steps
  1. Activate Lotus Field and the additional land by tapping them, adding at least 1
  2. Cast Cloud of Faeries by paying 1
  3. When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
  4. Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return Shrieking Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Resolve the Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping the two lands from step 1.
  6. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying
  7. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
  8. Resolve the Shrieking Drake trigger, returning Cloud of Faeries from the battlefield to your hand
  9. Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return nothing
  10. Repeat
