Steps

1. Activate three Islands by tapping them, adding .
2. Cast Walk the Aeons with buyback by paying and sacrificing three Islands, causing you to take an extra turn after this one and return Walk the Aeons to your hand.
3. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. World Shaper dies, triggering its second ability, returning all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
6. Cast World Shaper from your graveyard by paying .
7. World Shaper enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability, allowing you to mill three cards.
8. Repeat each turn.
