Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate any number of Frogs, Otters, Birds, and/or Rats you control except Glarb by tapping them, adding at least  . |
2 | Cast Disinformation Campaign by paying . |
3 | Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them. |
4 | When Disinformation Campaign enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to draw a card and each opponent to discard a card. |
5 | Activate Glarb by tapping it, causing you to surveil 2. |
6 | Disinformation Campaign's second ability triggers, returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
7 | Repeat. |
